Let me just say that this little kettle is absolutely what we were looking for in every way. It’s decently big but not bulky in design at all. The temperature is accurate and creating a soft outer mold to act as a pull top was brilliant. The pouring handle is securely attached to the body and the design seems solid in every way. The steel is heavy enough to take a good bump and is actually very satisfying to hold and use.

This kettle is perfect for getting the right temperature for green tea. Green tea needs to steep at a lower temperature — never boiling temp. The water heats fast because of the size and weight of the metal and is easy to handle for an elderly person. I love this little gem.

This company has excellent customer service! My item arrived damage and when I contacted the company they were very polite and seemed truly concerned. They were determined that I received the best possible care and I did! I was shipped a new kettle the very next day. The item itself is beautiful and works perfectly. I love it!
